End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and MyStash Labs ("we", "us") for the MyStash desktop application, including all updates and documentation ("Software"). By installing or using the Software, you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.
1. Licence grant
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the Software on devices you own or control, for your own personal or internal business use, subject to this Agreement. The free edition and the paid "Pro" edition are both covered by this licence; Pro unlocks additional features after a valid one-time purchase.
2. The Software is licensed, not sold
We retain all right, title and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual-property rights. This Agreement gives you rights to use the Software only; it does not transfer ownership of it to you.
3. One-time purchase
MyStash Pro is unlocked by a one-time payment, with no subscription or recurring fee. Your Pro licence includes updates we make generally available to Pro users. Purchases are subject to our Terms of Service and Refund Policy.
4. Restrictions
You agree not to, and will not permit others to:
- copy (except for a reasonable backup), rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense or redistribute the Software;
- reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Software, except to the extent that applicable law expressly permits;
- circumvent, disable or tamper with any licensing, security or access-control mechanism;
- remove or alter any proprietary notices; or
- use the Software in violation of any applicable law.
5. Your media and content
The Software organises and plays media stored on your own device. You keep all rights to your files, and we claim no ownership of them. You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to access and use the media you manage with the Software.
6. Updates
We may provide updates to the Software. This Agreement governs any update unless that update is accompanied by a separate agreement, in which case the separate agreement applies.
7. Termination
This licence applies until terminated. It terminates automatically if you breach it. On termination, you must stop using the Software and remove all copies. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. You use the Software at your own risk. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Software. Our aggregate liability under this Agreement will not exceed the amount you paid for the Software.
10. Governing law & contact
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which MyStash Labs operates, except where the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence apply. Questions? Email support@mystashlabs.com.
The Software is provided by MyStash Labs, an independent software studio. Pro is unlocked via a one-time purchase sold through our Merchant of Record.
